At Tor’s request, we finished this model with a premium 7000-grade sintered base for maximum speed, making this quiver killer ready to beast in all conditions.

What is a B-Grade?
Every Bataleon snowboard is crafted meticulously. Occasionally, a snowboard rolls off the line with a minor visual flaw that misses our strict cosmetic standards. Instead of letting it go to waste, we call these “B-Grades”.

- Purely Cosmetic: These minor quirks are strictly visual – base discoloration is present in this model, discovered after the manufacturing process.

Camber Profile
Medium Camber
Camber profiles are defined from low to high. Higher camber make for more dynamic boards that need to be ridden more aggressively to get maximum performance. Lower camber boards are smoother on lower speeds and in powder. All camber profiles run from nose to tail. Higher is not always better...

Construction
Supertubes are hollow carbon cylinders that are inserted directly into the core. They reinforce the camber, reduce weight and greatly increase pop. By varying their location we can fine-tune the boards performance further.

Tri-Ax Lamination
Our three-way fiberglass weave is light, strong and crazy responsive. We use this to beef up the flex pattern on our more aggressive boards.
Base
Ultra Glide S
A premium, 7000-grade sintered base reserved for our high-end models. Packing more molecules into the P-tex means its super tough and hauls ass.
Woodcore
Ultra Light Core
A 7030 Paulownia and poplar blend that offers awesome strength to weight.

Our Urethane Poured Sidewalls offer exceptional shock absorption, reducing chatter and vibration for a smoother, more stable ride. Tech
D.R.S.T. SuperTubes
Dual Radial Super Tubes, similar to DST but with four extra Super Tubes (six in total) running parallel to the board radius, delivering extra power to the edges.
Inserts
+2 Backseat Inserts
Backseat inserts are an set of extra inserts 4cm behind the bottom inserts. This allows you to set your bindings all the way back, so you can keep floating on those deep pow days. By shifting your weight back on the board the nose stays up and the pressure on your back leg is reduced.
