Nytrolite Foam Technology. Low Density Polyethylene which is expanded using Nitrogen in an exclusive process which cannot be duplicated. 3x lighter than PVC foam. Closed cell foam structure that absorbs 15-20% less water. Approximately 10% more buoyant than PVC meaning we can use less foam in each vest and it will still float the same.

I needed an exchange for the life vest I purchased (went with my size based on the size chart, but the 8 was too snug, so I went up to a 10) and they were responsive and efficient...I emailed to ask if returning and repurchasing was the easiest way to accomplish this, and was pleasantly surprised to get a quick reply, which included a return label. Further, 88 Gear held the item I needed and quickly shipped it to me upon receipt of the original item.
